Aker Kværner nails down contract in Sweden
Stora Enso, one of the worlds largest lumber manufacturers, has entered into a contract with the Norwegian company Aker Kværner to supply equipment, machines and services to the Skoghall plant in Sweden, according to a press release from Aker Kværner.
Aker Kværner is among other things going to deliver a new boiler for the plant, which is part of the modernization. The contract is supposed to be fulfilled by 2005, and the collected value of the contract is allegedly more than 100 million Euros.
It is units at Aker Kværners Power divisions in Sweden and Finland which are going fulfil the deliveries.
