The Norwegian Competition Authority got a green light from Courts of Appeal to investigate records to establish whether or not SAS Braathens has been underpricing.
SAS Braathens appealed the decision from Oslo country court that gave the Norwegian Competition Authority access to the correspondence between the airline company and the analysis agency RBB Economics.
The Norwegian Competition Authority has now been given the green light by Borgating Courts of Appeal, reported the Norwegian daily Aftenposten.
The analysis was confiscated during a raid at the companys offices this summer. SAS Braathens claims RBB Economics is working for the lawyers who represent the company and is therefore denying the authority access to the records.
«We hope this case is finished in the judicial system after these two decisions from two different judicial authorities,» said Mads Magnussen, juridical director at the Norwegian Competition Authority.
