The airline company Norwegian has gotten plenty of air underneath its wings, and it is now considering a listed. However, new capital has to be secured first.
The airline company hopes to collect NOK 100 million (USD 14 million) on an issue, and it plans to become listed sometime on the new year, according to the Norwegian financial daily, Dagens Næringsliv.
The reason for wanting a listing right now is that Norwegian, an airline specializing in low priced airline tickets, is making money on its basic operation, and the company has gained confidence of the capital market.
Bjørn Kjos, the companys CEO, will not comment the issue.
