Norwegian favorite at Miss World
110 nations will compete for the prestigious title of Miss World December 6, and the women has now been in Hong Kong for one week.
The experts have listed the top ten candidates on the information available so far, and Norwegian Elisabeth Wathne from Mandal is one of the ten.
According to the web site GlobalBeauties.com, Wathne is a "blond sex bomb who has what it takes to repeat the success of last years Norwegian candidate."
Norways Miss World candidate last year, Kathrine Sørland, finished fourth in the prestigious competition.
In one interview with GlobalBeauties.com Wathne names the Norwegian Crown Princess Mette-Marit as her role model because she has managed to withstand the media pressure.
Wathne's greatest competitor is considered to be Rosanna Davison, 19, the daughter of the 80's pop star Chris de Burgh. She is representing Ireland.
