Norwegian students unhappy in France and Australia

The majority of Norwegian students who are dissatisfied with their programs abroad are in France or Australia, and the US and Great Britain are the most popular countries to study.

As much as 38 percent of the Norwegian students who go to France to study are dissatisfied with parts of their stay. 35 percent of the students in Australia said the same, according to a new survey presented in the student paper Universitas.

In France the students are generally pleased with the universities reputation and status, but many Norwegian students think the school days are too long.

Among students studying abroad in Australia the most frequent complaint is that the nursing education is poorly organized.

Students travelling to Great Britain and the US are the most satisfied. They are satisfied with both the quality of the education and the methods of teaching at the colleges and universities.
